This is great info! I can only add, having organized a few small benefit concerts in pre-internet days, what I discovered to be the #1 rule: Don’t do it on Mother’s Day! DAMHIKT.
I made that mistake not once, but twice. My own mother would not attend even though I offered her free tickets. That’s gratitude for you, LOL.
